Please provide photos of the damaged box and any marks on the doll that happened during transport. Any damage must be mentioned immediately after you receive the doll.

Many dolls are shipped to foreign countries via DHL Express with a tracking number. Delivery to Russia or neighboring countries is carried out by mail or the transport company CDEK.
All dolls shipped by DHL are marked as commercial items. I do not claim or mark commercial items as “gifts.” If you are in the EU and some countries you may need to pay customs/import fees. Please contact your local authorities for more information. I cannot provide you with this information. Typically, additional fees will be collected by your country's customs and/or tax officials.
